『草莓千层酥』酥皮室温放置,分割成正方形形状;在切好的正方形面片上,用刀沿边缘约1厘米处划开,在面片上刷一层全蛋液。将划一的一边翻折过来,压紧,静置20分种;表面再刷一层蛋液,中心处放上一些草莓果酱;烤盘上垫一层锡纸,烤箱预热至180度,烘烤15分钟,烤至表面微金黄即可。
